CAN YOU HELP?

Every once in a while - perhaps very often - we receive photographs asking for help trying to identify parts of them.
This photograph is believed to be of a TENER family visit - in either Philadelphia or Pittsburgh - but there was nothing to identify the photo.
This was probably taken in late 1800's or very early 1900's CAN YOU HELP?

(*** October 2022 - I did not post a photo, today wondering which photo I was referring to?  Oh well.. DCH)

JOHN KINLEY TENER II

As has been the case for several years now, again we receive a gracious sharing of family photographs.

In the TENER BLUE BOOK there are photographs of John Kinley TENER II and his wife Sarah Dunn TENER. But, they are not full size photographs. Recently a descendant of JKT II, through his daughter Sara B. Tener Feuchtinger (TBB page 77) Sara TUITE shared Sara B. Tener Feuchtinger's photo album and from that we now see the following photos of John Kinley Tener II and his wife.

JERRY L. TENER PASSES

I recently received notice of the passing of Jerry L Tener, Sr. of Bloomington, MN. He was the son of Hampden Frost TENER and Virginia Letson TENER. He was 67 years of age. The notice received stated:
"TENER, Jerry L. Sr. age 67, of Bloomington, MN. Forever optimistic, passed away March 12, 2008. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends! Burial and services will be held in Pittsburgh PA at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the charity of your choice."
He had three children and at least two grandchildren.
